Transform Tools

Every object placed in your AR scene can be moved, rotated, and scaled. You can do this using visual tools on the canvas or precise numbers in the properties panel.

Method 1: On-Canvas Transform Tools

When you select an object, the Transform Toolbar appears in the top corners of the editor.

Move the object along X, Y, Z axes.

Rotate object around X, Y, Z axes.

Scale

Resize the object uniformly or per axis.

Snap camera back to default view.

3D / 2D

Toggle

Switch between 3D Mode (spatial) and 2D Mode (UI overlays).

How to use the Handles:

  • Move Tool: Drag the Red (Left/Right), Green (Up/Down), or Blue (Forward/Back) arrows.

  • Rotate Tool: Drag the circular rings to tilt (X), spin (Y), or lean (Z) the object.

  • Scale Tool: Drag the handles to resize the object.

Tip: For real product try-ons (furniture, shoes), ensure you maintain realistic proportions.


Method 2: Right-Panel Transform Settings

For precision, use the Transform section in the right-side panel. You can use sliders or type exact numbers.

Understanding the Axes

  • X Axis: Left ↔ Right (Horizontal alignment)

  • Y Axis: Up ↔ Down (Height in AR space)

  • Z Axis: Forward ↔ Back (Depth/Distance)
