Email Alerts
Get instant email alerts whenever a lead is captured. This is ideal for small teams and ensuring quick follow-ups with potential customers.
Setup Instructions
Open Integrations: Open your campaign in the Vizaro Editor and click Integrations (top bar) → Email Notifications.
Add Recipients: Enter one or more email addresses where you want the alerts to be sent.
Note: If adding multiple emails, separate them with commas (e.g.,
[email protected], [email protected]).
Test & Save: Click Test to send a sample email to check delivery, then click Save to activate the integration.
What the Email Contains
Each alert email includes the following details:
Campaign Name & Link: Which AR experience generated the lead.
Lead Fields: The data submitted by the user (Name, Email, Phone, etc.).
Timestamp & Source: When and where the lead was captured.
Troubleshooting Guide
1. Emails not arriving?
Check Spam: Always check your Spam or Junk folder first.
Allow-listing: Ensure
[email protected](or the Vizaro sending domain) is allow-listed in your email provider settings to prevent blocking.Verify Address: Double-check the spelling of the recipient emails in the integration settings.
2. When are emails sent?
Emails are triggered only when a user successfully submits a Lead Form. General views, clicks, or interactions with the AR scene do not trigger email alerts.
