Catcher Game
(Gamified Rewards & Contests)
The Catcher Game is an interactive gamified experience where users catch falling objects (like products or coins) into a basket or container to score points.
Best For: Distributing coupons, product launches, and high-engagement contests.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Start a New Project
From your Dashboard, click New Project.
Name your project & click Continue.
Select Catcher from the template options.

2. The Game Editor Interface
When the editor opens, you will see a pre-configured game scene.
The Canvas: A simulation of the game with falling items and a basket at the bottom.
Right Panel (Game Settings): Your main control center. It lists all active game components (Falling Elements and the Basket).

3. Customizing Falling Items ("Elements")
The game comes with default placeholder items. You can replace these with your own product images or branded icons.
Locate Game Settings: Look at the Right Panel under the header "Game Settings".
Find the Elements List: You will see items labeled Element 1, Element 2, etc. These represent the objects that fall from the top.
Change an Asset:
Click the Change Asset link next to any element (e.g., Element 1).
The Asset Library dialog will pop up.
Select Your Image: Choose an image from your library (e.g., a bottle, coin, or logo) or click the + (Plus) icon to upload a new one.
Tip: You can have multiple different elements falling at once (e.g., a red lipstick AND a foundation bottle) by assigning different images to Element 1 and Element 2.

4. Customizing the "Basket" (The Player)
The "Basket" is the object the user moves left and right to catch items.
Scroll to Basket Section: In the Right Panel, scroll down to the section labeled Basket.
Change the Container:
Click Change Asset next to the Basket element.
Select your desired container image (e.g., a shopping bag, cart, or open box).
Note: Ensure your basket image has a transparent background (PNG) so it looks realistic moving over the scene.

5. Adding More Items
If you want more variety in falling objects:
In the Game Settings panel, click the + Add Element button.
A new "Element" slot will appear.
Assign an image to it using the steps above.
6. Setting the Game Timer
Since this is a time-attack game, you must define how long the player has to score points.
Go to the Left Toolbar and click the Settings (Gear Icon) button.
Adjust Duration: Look for the Timer setting.
Select the time in seconds from the dropdown (e.g., 30 seconds or 60 seconds).
This timer will countdown on the user's screen during gameplay.

7. Adjusting the Environment
You can change the background to match your brand campaign (e.g., a store interior or a branded pattern).
Select Background: Click on the background image in the main canvas.
Replace: Use the properties panel or the Change Asset workflow to swap the background image for your own branded environment.
8. Preview & Publish
Click Preview and scan the QR code.
Test the Gameplay:
Do the items fall at a good speed?
Is the basket easy to move?
Do the images look clear?
Once satisfied, click Publish.
✅ Your Catcher Game is now ready.
